Lavorwash S.p.A. guarantees the quality of all its products, which are certified by major certification bodies such as: EC, CCC, CQC, GS, UL, TUV, TUV GS, ROHS, INMETRO. Product quality is also certified by in-house testing on 100% of products, and with the possibility of FFU certified work for individual clients. The increased space in the new premises has allowed quality control to be optimised, with the establishment of new test rooms and areas equipped with new machinery and methods appropriate for the quality control of both finished and semifinished products.
Our clients' prerogative since 1975. In confirmation of its ongoing commitment to the quality and reliability of its products and Customer Services, Lavorwash has updated its Business Management System in conformity with ISO 9001:2015, awarded by the Certifying Body DNV.
For Lavorwash, ISO 9001:2015 Certification is a new starting point in the context of a market which is increasingly discriminating and focused on Quality and Service; criteria which have always been inherent in the company's mission statement, and which have gradually acquired greater value and recognition in the eyes of the Market itself.
Furthermore, this additional "step forward" has led to the improvement and refinement of certain "Customer Loyalty" strategies such as ongoing surveys on the level of Customer Satisfaction, Market feedback data, and the analysis and implementation of suggestions for improvements put forward by our Clients / Users.
